Strawberry Jelly Milk Drink with Tapioca Pearls – Perfect for Selling
A creamy and refreshing drink with soft milk jelly, chewy tapioca pearls, sweet strawberry jam, and a rich milk layer. Packaged in a clear square PET bottle, it's eye-catching, delicious, and perfect for selling or gifting.
In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil.
Add 1 cup mini tapioca pearls and stir occasionally.
Cook for 25 minutes until soft and chewy.
Turn off heat. Add cold water to cool the pearls, then drain.
Mix with ½ cup sugar syrup and set aside.
Make the Milk Jelly
In a saucepan, combine evaporated milk, unflavored jelly powder water and sugar
Stir it well before turning on the heat.
Cook over medium heat until almost boiling.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture rest for 3 minutes.
Set Jelly in PET Bottles
Pour about 100 ml of the warm jelly mixture into each clean 300ml PET bottle.
Set aside and allow to fully cool and firm up.
Prepare the Milk Mixture
In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine milk all-purpose cream, condensed milk and water
Mix until well combined
Assemble the Drink
Once the jelly in each bottle is fully set, add 2 tablespoons sweetened tapioca pearls 1 tablespoon strawberry jam.
Fill the bottle with the milk mixture
Seal the bottle tightly with a clean cap.
