Strawberry Jelly Milk Drink with Tapioca Pearls – Perfect for Selling

Ingredients

For the Tapioca Pearls:

  • 1 cup mini tapioca pearls
  • 2 liters water (for boiling)
  • Enough cold water (for cooling)
  • ½ cup sugar syrup

For the Jelly Mixture

  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 sachet 25g jelly powder unflavored
  • 1 cup water

For the Milk Mixture:

  • 1 liter fresh milk
  • 250 ml all-purpose cream
  • 150 ml condensed milk (adjust to taste)
  • 250 ml water

For Assembly (per 300ml PET bottle):

  • 2 tbsp cooked tapioca pearls
  • 1 tbsp strawberry jam
  • 100 ml set milk jelly
  • Milk mixture (to fill bottle)

Instructions

Cook the Tapioca Pearls

  • In a large pot, bring 2 liters of water to a boil.
  • Add 1 cup mini tapioca pearls and stir occasionally.
  • Cook for 25 minutes until soft and chewy.
  • Turn off heat. Add cold water to cool the pearls, then drain.
  • Mix with ½ cup sugar syrup and set aside.

Make the Milk Jelly

  • In a saucepan, combine evaporated milk, unflavored jelly powder water and sugar
  • Stir it well before turning on the heat.
  • Cook over medium heat until almost boiling.
  • Turn off the heat and let the mixture rest for 3 minutes.

Set Jelly in PET Bottles

  • Pour about 100 ml of the warm jelly mixture into each clean 300ml PET bottle.
  • Set aside and allow to fully cool and firm up.

Prepare the Milk Mixture

  • In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine milk all-purpose cream, condensed milk and water
  • Mix until well combined

Assemble the Drink

  • Once the jelly in each bottle is fully set, add 2 tablespoons sweetened tapioca pearls 1 tablespoon strawberry jam.
  • Fill the bottle with the milk mixture
  • Seal the bottle tightly with a clean cap.
