In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, pepper, and liquid seasoning. Mix well, cover, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the coating:
In another bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Batter the chicken:
After marination, add 1 egg and ⅓ cup flour to the chicken. Mix to coat evenly.
Bread the chicken:

Fry
